About

Jeff is a therapist who specializes in working with adults and adolescents.  He licensed to practice in the states of Oregon and Virginia and specializes in treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, substance abuse, and suicidal thinking all through the lens of trauma-informed care.  

Jeff holds a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, (a CACREP-accredited university in Colorado) as well as a B.A. in Cultural Studies from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.  He has a background in crisis counseling and has done extensive work with hospital discharge patients, substance use disorders, and in dealing with the many reasons life gives folks to feel compelled to use in the first place.  

Recently, Jeff and his family relocated to Oregon from Virginia to be closer to family.  He enjoys spending time with family, cooking, and is an avid film buff.
